How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Teachingdvd Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Teachingdvd Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we matched you with behaved
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, the usual first move is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Reports about providers help keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Teachingdvd Pest Control cannot resolve contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices on a provider's behalf.
If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Texas.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@teachingdvd.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
